Keyed Alike Trailer Hitch Lock for 3 Receivers

The TowWorks 79830 Keyed Alike 5/8" Trailer Hitch Lock is designed with an extra-long 4-1/2" span to fit most adjustable hitches. This locking pin, crafted from one-piece solid hardened steel, can tow up to 20,000 lbs GTW and features a black e-coated zinc plated finish.

The extra-long 5/8" diameter locking pin with a maximum active length of 4-1/2" is suitable for a variety of adjustable hitches, including CURT's channel-style adjustable hitches (45900, 45901, 45902) and adjustable pintle hooks (45907, 45908). *This lock does not fit FASTWAY adjustable hitches, so please verify the dimensions of your hitch before purchase.

A separate spring clip (cotter pin) provides additional safety, allowing you to use the locking pin with or without the lock mechanism. *Caution: The spring clip (cotter pin) MUST be used when operating this lock.

Rubber O-rings are strategically placed to keep the pin still and prevent any rattling. The quantity of O-rings may need to be adjusted or removed to accommodate different hitch tube sizes.

Featuring a push-lock design, this hitch lock is easy to operate with just a 1/4 turn. Two tubular keys are provided, and the locks are all keyed alike, making it convenient to lock and unlock. *If the lock is difficult to push during first-time use, try pushing harder a few more times.

Additionally, you can mix and match the 4-1/2" span 79830 model with the 3-1/4" span 79630 model, and they will all be keyed alike.

*Important: Do not use the locking pin without the spring clip (cotter pin), as it may weaken the strength of the pin and lead to potential breakage.
